4. Refund Policy

At The Limitless Company, we invest time, talent, and strategic planning into every client engagement from the moment an agreement is signed. Our refund policy reflects the high-touch, labor-intensive nature of our work and is designed to protect both our team and our clients by establishing clear expectations from the start.

General Policy

All payments made for services—including strategy, content creation, consulting, and production—are non-refundable. This includes:

-Brand audits and strategic planning
-Pre-production or filming efforts
-Editing and publishing of content
-Any time invested by our creative or operations team

Because our services are delivered over time and often require scheduling and resource commitments in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for partial use or early termination unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice following the initial commitment period stated in their agreement.

Cancellation requests made mid-cycle do not qualify for a refund of unused time or deliverables unless agreed to in writing.

6. Disputes and Communication

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us directly at admin@limitless.inc within 7 days of the issue arising. We are committed to resolving matters quickly and respectfully.

Payments are processed securely and in compliance with PCI guidelines utilizing Quickbooks and Stripe.
